E-Gift Card / Physical Gift Card

To order an e-gift card, please follow these steps:

1. Select the desired gift card value.

2. You will then see fields to enter the following information:

• Email
  Enter the recipient’s email address. If you prefer to send the gift card to the recipient at a later time, simply enter your own email address.
  The e-gift card will be sent to the provided email address within a few hours after the order is placed.

• Sender’s Name and Message to the Recipient
  These details will appear in the email that contains the gift card.

To order a physical gift card, please follow these steps:

1. Select the desired gift card value.

2. You will then see fields to enter the following information:

• Email
  Enter your own email address.

• Sender’s Name
  This will be written on the physical gift card.

• Message to the Recipient
  This will be written on the physical gift card.
  Depending on whether you want to send the gift card directly to the recipient or hand it over yourself, please also include the most suitable Smartpost parcel locker and the recipient’s phone number.
